At Evolution Healthcare Services, we are dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental and cognitive disabilities through compassionate, person-centered care. Our mission is to empower individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives while receiving the support they need to thrive at home, in their communities, and in the workplace.
We proudly serve individuals with autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and other intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Marana, Arizona and surrounding communities.
Through specialized home and community-based programs, our team focuses on helping individuals build life skills, strengthen social connections, and reach their personal goals.
